DRPG Expands Work Experience Programme to Inspire Future Creative Talent

Creative communications agency DRPG has announced the expansion of its work experience programme for 2026, aiming to provide students with deeper exposure to the fast-moving world of creative communications and live events.

The enhanced initiative is designed to give young people practical experience across several creative disciplines, including brand design, digital experiences, animation, film production, and campaign development. Instead of traditional observational placements, the programme will focus on immersive, hands-on learning that mirrors real agency workflows.

As part of the new structure, DRPG will introduce dedicated five-day placement programmes throughout June and July, welcoming groups of students from schools across the region. Participants will work on live-style creative briefs and collaborate with different departments to better understand how ideas move from concept to final execution.

The company also plans to continue offering customised graduate placements aligned with individual career interests. According to DRPG, the initiative reflects its long-term commitment to nurturing emerging talent within the creative industry.

The programme complements other youth-focused initiatives at DRPG, including its “Next Gen Board,” which encourages younger employees to contribute ideas and perspectives to the business.
