ESSA Awards 2025 Launches with Two New Collaboration Categories

The Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) has officially opened submissions for its 2025 Awards, expanding the lineup to 16 categories by introducing two new honours aimed at spotlighting collaborative achievements within the events industry. These additions Best Member Collaboration and Best Collaboration with an Organiser are designed to celebrate partnerships that foster innovation and elevate industry standards.

Alongside these new categories, the Awards continue to include established recognitions such as the Young Person Award, Unsung Hero, Outstanding Contribution to the Industry, Best Venue, Sustainability, and several Stand Build distinctions across varying sizes. The ceremony is slated for December 4, 2025, at Warwick Conferences in Coventry, with beMatrix and Abraxys returning as event sponsors.

Entries remain free of charge and are open to all ESSA members. Submissions must be completed and accompanied by supporting documentation by 5 pm on Friday, October 3, 2025. Award winners will be selected by an expert panel representing a broad spectrum of the events sector.

With this year’s enhancements, ESSA encourages members to nominate examples of outstanding collaboration that demonstrate creativity, drive, and vision in shaping the future of events.
