EventMania Festival 2025: Innovation and Inspiration for the Event Industry

The EventMania Festival held on September 9, 2025, at SkyLight Gallery in Dubai brought together over 400 event industry professionals, showcasing the future of event management through innovation, creativity, and live interaction.

The festival featured dynamic networking opportunities, including EventMaze, a speed-networking format where 35 participants presented their services to 200 potential clients in just three minutes. This session, hosted by Dmitry Paderin, facilitated rapid connections and collaborations.

Attendees engaged with 20 exhibition booths offering services ranging from equipment rental and team building to gourmet catering and VR projects. Interactive experiences included creating personalized fragrances and consulting with specialists on business platform development.

Entertainment zones added a unique touch, with a podcast studio allowing participants to record interviews and receive branded video content, and photo zones featuring floral arrangements for high-quality photos and videos.

The festival's vibrant show program, hosted by Nikita Menshov, included performances by DJ Sergey Pankratov, pop singer Ksenia Gaponenko, illusionists Pavel Bakh and Abdelghani Tazi, and folk musician Issa Khalof, culminating in a powerful performance by the cover band “RichBand”.

EventMania 2025 proved to be a platform where event organizers and contractors could exchange ideas, form new partnerships, and explore the future of the industry.
