Leeds is set to welcome a groundbreaking hospitality event this March that places frontline workers at the heart of industry conversations. The FAVES Leeds Hospitality Conference taking place from 2–4 March 2026 at the Howard Assembly Room promises a fresh approach to how hospitality professionals connect, learn, and share insights.

Designed as a peer-led and inclusive platform, the three-day gathering highlights voices from across the hospitality spectrum including floor staff, kitchen crews, hosts, bar teams, and delivery personnel. Each day of the event focuses on a specific community (Women, Pride, and Men), ensuring discussions are relevant, authentic, and grounded in lived experience.

Programming includes honest panel discussions, documentary screenings, live Q&A sessions, and expert stands covering wellness, finance, equality, and more. A cocktail masterclass and other social elements aim to foster connection as well as professional growth. Proceeds from the £5 entry fee will be donated to local charities supporting each group represented at the conference.

Organisers explain that the conference is not about titles or hierarchy but about creating space for frontline voices to be heard, valued, and equipped with insights to fuel passion and belonging within the hospitality industry.
