Stadium Experience Expands Leadership Team to Support Continued Growth

Stadium Experience has strengthened its voluntary Leadership Team by welcoming four new members as the UK stadium industry association prepares for its next phase of growth.

The new members are Rebecca Pickard, Director of Conferences & Events at Manchester City FC; Jessica Luther, Head of Premium Sales & Account Management at Newcastle United FC; John Rennie, National Business Development Manager at Sodexo Live!; and Jordan Howlett, C&E Business Development Executive at Southampton FC.

Founded in 2002 by five football clubs, Stadium Experience has grown into a network representing more than 70 football, rugby, cricket and athletics venues across the UK. The association focuses on collaboration, sharing best practices and raising standards across stadium events, hospitality, catering and related operations.

The expanded Leadership Team brings together expertise from venue management, hospitality, sales, business development and catering. Its responsibilities include helping shape the association's strategy, identifying opportunities for members and supporting the Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards.

The organisation will also celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2027, making the leadership expansion an important step as it looks toward its next chapter.
