The Green Events & Innovations Conference (GEI18) is gearing up for an exciting 18th edition, bringing fresh perspectives from influential voices in sustainability and culture. Set for 24 February 2026 at the Royal Lancaster London, this year’s event will unite environmental leaders, creative thinkers, and sector experts to explore how events can drive positive ecological impact.

Among the newly announced participants are Chris Packham CBE, renowned conservationist and broadcaster, and David Gray, multi-award winning singer-songwriter. Packham is expected to share insights around ecological collaboration and his evolving role with innovative projects focused on environmental advocacy. Gray will contribute to EarthPercent Hour, reflecting on how music can catalyse climate action, a central mission of the charity EarthPercent.

The conference programme spans discussions on climate adaptation, sustainable operations, and cultural influence in events. Other noted speakers will cover topics from extreme weather resilience to the role of arts and emerging tech in sustainability. A highlight will be the International AGF Awards, celebrating innovative and environmentally forward industry achievements over the past year.

GEI18 continues to strengthen its reputation as a key gathering for sustainability leadership within the live events community.
