The Meetings Show 2025 brought event professionals from around the globe together at Excel London on June 25–26 for a powerhouse of networking, education, and business-making. Around 6,000 attendees engaged with nearly 600 exhibitors, representing destinations, venues, hospitality, and event tech. Over two days, more than 16,000 meetings took place 9,000 of which were pre-scheduled leading to a flurry of meaningful connections and tangible business outcomes.

The educational programme ran across two stages and a “Blank Canvas” area, hosting nearly 60 sessions that tackled vital topics such as sustainability, workforce development, AI, gamification, and marketing. Attendees praised the event’s lively atmosphere and high-calibre content, highlighting its role as an ideal platform for forging partnerships, discovering solutions, and recharging creativity. Organisers emphasized their commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and attendee wellbeing via features like AI-driven live captioning and a dedicated wellness space.
