The Meetings Show 2025 – held at ExCeL London on June 25‑26 – united nearly 6,000 event professionals worldwide for two impactful days of learning, connection, and deal-making. Generating over 16,000 buyer–exhibitor meetings (more than 9,000 pre-scheduled), the event proved a powerhouse for meaningful business momentum.

Almost 600 exhibitors covering destinations, venues, hotels, and event technology showcased their latest offerings, enabling attendees to forge new alliances and revisit existing partnerships. As Joanne Horobin of QHotels Collection remarked, it was “the best year ever” for face-to-face engagement. Paul Tidy from Sandals Resorts echoed the sentiment, describing strong networking outcomes and solid lead generation.

Education was at the heart of the show, with nearly 60 sessions delivered across two stages and The Blank Canvas, tackling themes like sustainability, AI, gamification, workforce development, and attendee engagement. Inclusive features such as live AI‑captioning and the visual “Playbook” by Lim ensured that key insights remained accessible to all.

The Meetings Show’s emphasis on accessibility, diversity, and genuine connection helped reinforce its position as the UK’s leading platform for the global meetings and events community.
