Vomela Expands Global Reach with Strategic Acquisition of Events Specialist Moss

The Vomela Companies has taken a major step in strengthening its position in the global experiential events market by acquiring Moss Inc., a well-established producer of premium event and retail graphics and custom installations. The deal unites two influential players in the live events and brand experience space, creating a broad service platform capable of delivering high-impact solutions worldwide.

Under the terms of the agreement, Vomela will integrate its Fusion events business into Moss, which will now operate as Moss, A Vomela Company. This strategic alignment preserves Moss’s acclaimed brand identity while leveraging Vomela’s extensive production, fabrication and logistical capabilities. The combined operation will be led by Moss President and CEO Jason Popp, ensuring continuity and leadership rooted in the company’s heritage.

Founded in 1955 and headquartered in Franklin Park, Illinois, Moss has built a strong global footprint with operations in the US and Europe, offering tension fabric architecture, modular systems and immersive environments for top brands, agencies and architectural partners. Vomela, with more than 20 production facilities and over 1,600 employees, is known for delivering large-scale brand activations across live events, retail and transportation sectors.

This acquisition marks Vomela’s second major deal since The Riverside Company partnered with the firm earlier in 2025, further extending its geographic reach and depth of services for brands seeking compelling experiential storytelling.
