Yellowknife Spring Trade Show 2025: A Hub of Community and Commerce

This weekend, Yellowknife's Multiplex buzzed with activity as the 2025 Spring Trade Show unfolded, drawing residents and visitors alike to explore a diverse array of local businesses and organizations. Hosted by the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce, the event featured over 120 exhibitors spread across the Ed Jeske Arena and the DND Gym, offering everything from artisanal crafts to essential services.

Notable participants included Cabin Radio at booth 14, showcasing their unique broadcast outhouse, and the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce at booth 107, providing information on local initiatives. Attendees had the opportunity to engage with a variety of vendors, such as the GNWT Health & Social Services at booths 22-23, and the NWT Arts Artists Showcase occupying booths 81-92.

The trade show operated from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, with admission priced at $5 per person or $20 per family, while children under three entered free. The event not only served as a marketplace but also as a testament to Yellowknife's vibrant community spirit and entrepreneurial drive.
